David Nightingale

Chief Executive Officer

David Nightingale has been Chief Executive Officer of CIG Logistics since 2020.  Prior to joining CIG, he was a Senior Advisor for Post Oak Capital specializing in OFS investments. From 2012 until 2019, Mr. Nightingale held various positions at Rockwater/Select including SVP-Operations, EVP-Operations, and COO. From 2005 until 2012, Mr. Nightingale was President of Hyland Enterprises and I.E. Miller, both subsidiaries of Complete Energy Services. From 1980 until 2005, Mr. Nightingale held numerous positions for Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, KN Energy, Market Hub Partners, and Duke Energy Gas Transmission.

Mr. Nightingale received his BSCE from Bradley University and his MBA from the University of Houston.  He is on the Board of Directors of Combined Arms, a veteran’s services organization in Houston, and Nuverra Environmental Services, a publicly traded OFS.

James Price

Senior Vice President of Operations – Terminals

James Price is the Senior Vice President of Operations – Terminals for CIG Logistics, a position he has held since 2020. He is responsible for terminal operations, customer relations, Rail Safety and railcar movements, LULA Operations, Track Inspection & Maintenance, IT, and Terminal Communications. From 2016 until 2019, Mr. Price served as CIG’s Vice President of Rail & Track. From 2013 until 2016, he served as CIG’s Director of Rail where he was responsible for implementing Rail Movement Procedures, Rail Safety, Shuttle Wagon Operation and Track Inspection Policies. Mr. Price joined CIG in 2012 via Asher Logistics, a subsidiary of CIG where he served as a Rail Manager and subsequently a Terminal Manager.

From 1996 until 2005, Mr. Price held various operations positions at the BNSF Railroad including Conductor, Yardmaster, Remote Control Operation Instructor, and Locomotive Engineer. He earned his Locomotive Engineering Certification in 1998 and his Instructor Certification in 2003.

Molly Graniello

Vice President of Finance and Treasurer

Molly Graniello has been the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for CIG Logistics since 2021. She is responsible for Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Asset Management, and Risk Management. She joined CIG in 2019 as Senior Director of Treasury. Prior to CIG, Ms. Graniello was a finance executive at PLH Group, an energy focused construction company. She has 20 years of experience in corporate and operational finance across the energy and healthcare industries.

Ms. Graniello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington.
