David Nightingale

Chief Executive Officer

David Nightingale has served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at CIG Logistics since February 2020. He has over four decades of experience in the energy industry. Before this, Mr. Nightingale was a Senior Advisor for Post Oak Capital, specializing in OFS investments.

Mr. Nightingale has held various leadership positions in several prestigious organizations throughout his career. From 2012 to 2019, he served in multiple positions at Rockwater/Select, one of the leading providers of water management solutions in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Nightingale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

In addition to his professional endeavors, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Combined Arms, a Houston veteran services organization. With his vast knowledge and experience in the energy industry, Mr. Nightingale continues to make significant contributions to the industry and beyond.

Molly Graniello

Chief Financial Officer

Molly Graniello has been our Chief Financial Officer since 2023. Before that she was the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for CIG Logistics from 2021 to 2023. She is responsible for Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Asset Management, Risk Management, Legal, and Information Technology. She joined CIG in 2019 as Senior Director of Treasury. Prior to CIG, Ms. Graniello was a finance executive at PLH Group, an energy-focused construction company. She has over two decades of experience in corporate and operational finance across the energy and healthcare industries.

Ms. Graniello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in finance have been critical to the financial success and growth of CIG Logistics.

Kelby Ledbetter

Vice President of Compliance & Engineering

Kelby Ledbetter is the Vice President of Compliance & Engineering at CIG Logistics. He has been with the company since 2018 and has served in multiple roles, including Director of EHS, Director of Rail, and Track Inspector. Mr. Ledbetter has been involved in various aspects of the company, such as developing terminal safety policies, providing employee training, ensuring terminal environmental compliance, and conducting conductor & engineer training, track inspections, and repairs. Prior to joining CIG, he worked as a Contract Monitor for the State of Texas.

Mr. Ledbetter earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University and has received Railroad Track Inspection & Safety Standards qualifications and Railroad Track Maintenance qualifications from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Jessica Ortega

Human Resources Manager

Jessica Ortega is the Human Resources Manager at CIG Logistics, where she has been working since 2021. She is responsible for developing and implementing CIG’s people and culture strategy, which encompasses a range of areas, including leadership succession planning, talent development, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, and total rewards. Ms. Ortega brings over a decade of experience in various industries, including Energy, Manufacturing, and Oil and Gas. She has honed her skills in managing people and cultivating a positive company culture. She collaborates closely with the leadership team to identify and develop top talent and to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the company.

Ms. Ortega’s role at CIG Logistics is vital to the company’s success. She ensures that the right people are in the right roles and that they are supported and engaged in their work. Ms. Ortega has a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University.

Scott Dickerson

Business Development Manager

Scott Dickerson has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, serving in various impactful roles. Currently, he is the Business Development Manager at CIG Logistics, where he spearheads strategic initiatives to create sustainable growth for the company. With his expertise in sales and supply chain management across the energy and trucking sectors, he has a track record of success as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Director of Operational Excellence in prominent oil and gas companies.

Mr. Dickerson has a Bachelor’s degree in business from Tarleton State University and an MBA from Texas Wesleyan University. His extensive knowledge and experience make him an invaluable member of the CIG team. He is passionate about driving innovation and creating solutions that positively impact the company’s growth and success. His dedication to his role and the industry is evident in his ability to navigate complex challenges with ease and his commitment to excellence.
